Dade County Health Department Free Clinic

The clinic will be the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month from 5:00pm-7:00pm beginning December 8, 2009.
*FREE Medical Services to Dade County Residents
*Must be uninsured (NO private, Medicaid, Medicare Part B or MC+ medical insurance)
*NO COST/LOW COST Prescription Drugs (Prescription assistance is available to qualifying participants)
*REDUCED LAB COST
*Other Community Organizations, including hospitals and medical organizations cooperate with the Dade County Free Clinic
*Volunteers provide staffing for all areas of the Clinic. There are many opportunities for people wishing to volunteer.
*Private Donors and Organizations provide operating funds and gifts-in-kind to support the Dade County Free Clinic. Your support is needed for this Clinic to fulfill its needs.
APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED.
