December 11th, the Everton Music Department presented the Christmas program "Melton the Warm-Hearted Snowman". The evening began with presentations from the 5th and 6th Band, followed by the Junior High Band. The kindergarten through 6th grade performed the "Melton, the Warm-Hearted Snowman" skit with festive songs. Wonderful voices and smiling faces made it a perfect exhibit of the holiday season. Three cheers for all the students and teachers who worked so hard to make it a proud event for parents and loved ones!
Congratulations to all of the Christmas candidates. Miss Katrina Tindle and Mr. Connor Halbert, Kindergarten, won as K-3rd "A Snowman Land Christmas" candidates. Miss Samantha Schumer and Mr. Taylor Morris won as the 4th-6th candidates. Congratulations!
Miss Weeks would like to thank everyone that has helped in the purchase of a new digital piano. The fundraiser, the PTSO, Georgia Ferwalt and Julie Douty all made the purchase of the piano a reality. Thank you for the generous donations to make this possible for the music department.
Thank you to all the loved ones who came to the program. Have a safe and happy Holiday Season!
