Dade County "Relay For Life" Balloon Release Takes Off

April 9th, Everton R-III students watched as a colorful balloons raced into the blue sky. The rainbow colors represent the many cancers that have changed the lives of loved ones. Balloons were purchased and a tag attached to acknowledge a loved one or support for Relay for Life. The participants sent off over 100 balloons! The event raised about $200 for the Dade County Relay for Life. Thank you to everyone who participated in the event.
